Hi Diego. Thank you for letting us know about this. The reality is that a lot of people and companies do not yet understand location-independence so we are dealing with issues they may not have encountered before (like a company, its IBAN account and its owner all in different countries). Companies like PayPal might just not have the processes in place yet to ensure your query is dealt with correctly each time. I’m really glad you got it working though! Keep me updated on how it goes.
