Oh, my apologies Mina.

You are right. There are many Iranians who would like to use the programme, but are unable to access international banking. Banking in general is a challenge, but the situation facing residents of Iran (as Iranians abroad are not affected) is much more complex. I hoped that this article provided more clarity about who is most likely and least likely to benefit from the programme, but we may use a pop up message when people apply from Iran to explain the situation in more detail.

Have you tried connecting an Iranian bank account to your Estonian company? If the bank agrees then that is one option, although how much value you get from that depends on how easy it is to receive money from abroad into that bank account.
